1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Humlens (“Humlens”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Humlens provides localization workflows for text content, images, audio, and video, including translation suggestions, review tools, QA checks, export tools, and publishing utilities. The Service may evolve over time and we may add, remove, or modify features.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating localized outputs, running QA checks, and producing exports.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and to grant the rights described in these Terms.
5. AI features
The Service may provide AI-assisted suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying localized outputs and ensuring they meet your requirements (including legal, regulatory, and brand requirements).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to) attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, using the Service to transmit malware, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
7. Fees and payment
Some features of the Service may be offered for a fee. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees and taxes associated with your plan. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled according to the plan terms shown at checkout and our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Customer Content), including our software, designs, trademarks, and documentation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humlens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to comply with law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
