- Customer Content you submit for localization (text strings, image assets, audio, videos, captions, and transcripts).
- Billing information such as plan, subscription status, payment provider customer identifiers, invoices, and transaction records. Full card or bank details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by Humlens.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process localization requests and generate outputs.
- Run QA checks, coverage tracking, and workflow automation.

- Process subscriptions, invoices, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

4. AI processing
The Service may use AI-assisted features to generate suggestions and perform checks. Depending on your configuration, Customer Content may be processed by third-party providers to deliver these features. We do not sell Customer Content.
